September 13, 1969 at 10:30am. It continued its half-hour

Evil Toy Chest of
Scary Toys
One of our favorite scary
toy and collectible is also rather kitschy. It's heyday was in the 1970's but
has been resurrected for today's kiddies. Wacky Packages were trading
cards featuring household and food items of mass-consumption and
parodied in a funny, yet very demented light.
